How long will it take to get my discs?
We offer very quick turnaround times for our CD and DVD replication services. This turnaround does not account for other services that we provide. We will perform our design, mastering, prepress and other services in a very prompt manner, however, they may add time to the process. You can help to speed up the process by contacting us beforehand to learn about media and art specifications and by reading our guidelines here.

I ordered 1000 discs and got more (or less) than that, why?
We attempt to manufacture more discs than you actually need to ensure that you get at least as many as you order. The science and realities of mass production and printing make this necessary. Whether in the package printing process or disc replication process, discs that don't meet our high quality standards are pulled from the lot. These discs are not shipped to you and you will not be charged for them.

What does "DVD" stand for?
The acronym "DVD" stands for Digital Versatile Disc (not Digital Video Disc as is often believed). While a Compact Disc (CD) has a storage capacity of 650-700 megabytes, A DVD has far more storage capacity, from the 4.7 gigabyte capacity of the most common single side single layer disc, to the 17 gigabyte capacity of the double sided double layer disc.

What if I decide to cancel a graphic design, audio mastering or DVD authoring job?
We will cease work immediately and you will be billed only for time spent up until that point.

How do I know that my order will look right after I send you the files?
We will send you proofs for your approval before we mass produce your project.

What if I find a mistake after I receive my order?
With our proof system and attention to detail, we ensure that your order will indeed look the way you intended. If it is incorrect as a result of a printing error, though uncommon, we will correct the job. If it is an error that is missed in proofing by the customer, we will work with you to correct the error in the most cost effective manner.

How much do you charge for your services?
Our standard rate is $75 per hour, billable in half hour increments with a one hour minimum. To remain competitive, many of our services and products are priced in a "package deal" style and result in a far better value than our standard rate.
